About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Non-Voice Process supporting US-based customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through email, chat, and other non-voice channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions within defined timelines.
- Assist customers with account, product, service, or technical-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance targets.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and communication standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- US Shift / Rotational Night Shifts
- 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Immediate Joiners Only
Qualifications
- Graduates can apply.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Experienced candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of BPO / Customer Support experience.
- International Non-Voice, Chat Support, Email Support, or Technical Support experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong typing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic technical knowledge is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work US shifts and rotational night shifts.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC ranging from 3.5 LPA to 6 LPA, based on experience and interview performance.
