About the Role
Full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist with a specialty focus on orthopedic manual physical therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality, attention-driven care to patients.
- Deliver personalized one-on-one treatment focusing on manual therapy.
- Manage an independent caseload of patients.
- Deliver evidence-based and expertise-driven treatment plans that yield positive clinical outcomes.
- Interact with current and future referral sources.
- Interpret trends, receive feedback, and optimize KPI data to deliver superior performance and outcomes.
- Contribute to the team by advancing the company's position in a competitive marketplace.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
- License to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania (Direct Access license preferred but not required).
- Computer skills and ability to navigate EMR for documentation and billing.
- Possess a high motor and drive.
- Positive and upbeat individual who thrives working in a team environment.
- Desire to grow with the practice and embed yourself in the clinic and community culture.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years' experience treating in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deliver exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work amongst a team of dynamic individuals with a shared Patient First mentality.

- $72,500.00 - $90,000.00 per year
