About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Surat.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Understand client requirements.
• Draft job descriptions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage applications.
• Screen resumes.
• Conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate client interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate databases.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Support background verification.
• Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain a high standard of service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Proficiency in using job portals, professional networking platforms, and social media for talent acquisition and employer branding.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and evaluation skills to assess candidate fit.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of HR practices, recruitment metrics, and onboarding processes.
• Prior experience in a recruitment or HR consultancy is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with industries such as Textile, IT, Manufacturing, Finance, or Healthcare is beneficial.
