About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Odessa Core Lease Accounting Software Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of lease and loan management, asset finance, business process analysis, requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, implementation, and production support. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, project managers, technical developers, and integration teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the Odessa Platform. The consultant will be involved across the complete asset-finance lifecycle, including origination, contract management, servicing, billing, payments, accounting, asset management, termination, remarketing, reporting, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Migration
- Analyze legacy lease and loan data.
- Define source-to-target data mapping.
- Support data cleansing and transformation.
- Validate migrated customer, asset, contract, balance, and transaction data.
- Perform migration reconciliation.
- Support mock migrations and production cutover.
- Investigate migration-related data issues.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience with Odessa Platform.
- Functional configuration experience.
- Understanding of Odessa lease and loan modules.
- Experience with business rules and workflow configuration.
- Knowledge of integrations and APIs.
- Experience with data migration.
- Strong SQL/data-validation skills are preferred.
- Experience with Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
- Understanding of ERP/financial systems.
- Experience with testing tools and defect-management processes.
