Greencastle Consulting
About the Role
Greencastle Consulting is seeking driven, mission-focused leaders who thrive on solving hard problems and are energized by client results. As an Associate Consultant (Change Management), you’ll bring your military-honed discipline and decision-making to the boardrooms and operations of some of the country’s largest companies – turning chaos into clear, executable plans.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Consultant, you'll work directly with client executives and project teams to:

- Get people to actually change: Building change management strategies that drive real adoption
- Build the structure that holds it together: Designing governance models tailored to how a specific client actually operates

How You’ll Grow
Beyond day-to-day project work, Associate Consultants at Greencastle:
- Receive direct mentorship from senior consultants and Managing Directors
- Get exposure across all four service delivery options (Project Management, Change Management, Process Improvement, and Data & Analytics)
