Software Development Engineer Intern/Co
Amazon
About the Role
An internship at Amazon means real responsibility from day one. You’ll build, test, and learn alongside people who want to see you succeed, while making an impact that reaches far beyond campus. Software Development Engineers (SDEs) use modern technology to solve complex problems while seeing their work's impact first-hand. SDEs solve meaningful challenges that influence millions of customers, sellers, and products globally. This role involves creating new products, features, and services while managing ambiguity in an environment where development cycles are measured in weeks, not years. As an SDE-I, you'll own the entire lifecycle of your code - from design through deployment and ongoing operations. This ownership mindset, combined with a commitment to operational excellence, ensures the delivery of the highest quality solutions for customers. This is an environment designed for builders who want to see the impact of their work in the world. Internships are full-time positions, and interns/co-ops should expect to work in office, Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours per week.
