About the Role
- Provide L1 support for Azure IaaS services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, and related Azure services.
- Troubleshoot Azure infrastructure incidents and service issues.
- Escalate complex issues to L2 / L3 teams as required.
- Support Azure networking activities, including VNet, subnet, NSG, routing, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.
