Commercial Leadership Trainee

About the Role

The Commercial Management Trainee position is designed to develop management and technical skills while contributing to organizational improvements through project work. The program is approximately 12 months long and includes rotational assignments with on-the-job training. Upon completion, trainees are expected to be prepared for a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire management skills, including leadership, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills.
• Develop technical skills in customer service, negotiation, outside sales, marketing, purchasing, and product development.
• Contribute to the organization through projects focused on improving processes, quality, or service.
• Participate in an intensive 12-month program with rotational assignments.
• Engage in on-the-job training across various segments of the site.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in a business management, economics, marketing, finance, accounting, supply chain management, or related field of study.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in setting priorities and follow-through in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Strong desire to learn and develop leadership capabilities.
