About the Role

DM-Immigration Consultants (DMC Immigration) is seeking a full-time, on-site Video Editor to join their team in Hyderabad. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw video footage into engaging content that reflects the company's brand and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into engaging content (promotional videos, explainer content, client testimonials, social media clips).
• Organize and manage media assets.
• Apply transitions, effects, and graphics.
• Perform basic and advanced color correction.
• Ensure high audio and visual quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to understand messaging goals.
• Contribute creative ideas for video concepts and storyboards.
• Deliver projects within set timelines and brand guidelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in video production, including planning shoots, understanding camera operations, and managing footage workflows.
• Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Expertise in video color grading.
• Motion graphics and graphics skills to design titles, lower thirds, overlays, and simple animations.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is beneficial.
• Additional beneficial skills include:
• Basic sound editing.
• Familiarity with social media video formats.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in corporate, education, or service-oriented video projects, especially in consulting or immigration-related domains, will be an advantage.
