Warehouse Helper

About the Role

The Warehouse Helper role is a full-time hybrid position based in Udaipur. Some tasks may be performed from home, such as basic documentation or coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries.
• Organize goods in the warehouse.
• Pack orders.
• Prepare items for shipping.
• Operate basic material handling equipment as authorized.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Support inventory counts and stock checks.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely dispatch, and compliance with safety procedures.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Shipping & Receiving tasks, including checking, labeling, and documenting incoming and outgoing goods.
• Hands-on experience with Packing and Unloading activities.
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and stack goods, and to stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a team-based setting and meet daily operational targets.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
• High school education or equivalent is beneficial.
• Familiarity with basic computer or mobile applications for inventory is a plus.
