About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for buildings, renovations, and adaptive reuse.
- Create technical drawings, construction documents, and presentations.
- Collaborate with clients, civil engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies for approvals and construction coordination.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and solve design-related issues on the ground.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Knowledge of Designing with team handling capacity.
- Knowledge of rules and regulations of UDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA, MSRDC.
- Experience of Redevelopment projects.
Qualifications
- DESIGNING: 0 to 1 years of experience (Required)
- ARCHITECTURE: 0 to 1 years of experience (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 + Incentives
