About the Role

V2U Logistics is seeking an AR & AP Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Noida. This position operates within a US shift and focuses on managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes using QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
• Perform accurate invoicing, payment posting, and vendor bill processing.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts within QuickBooks.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate debt collection activities.
• Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payments and cash flow management.
• Review financial data for discrepancies.
• Prepare basic financial reports.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Communicate with US-based clients and stakeholders, responding to finance-related queries.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and identify variances.
• Foundational knowledge of Finance, including AR/AP processes, bookkeeping principles, and basic accounting standards.
• Effective Communication skills, including interaction with US-based stakeholders.
• Experience in Debt Collection, including follow-ups on overdue invoices and negotiation of payment arrangements.
• Hands-on Invoicing experience, including generation, verification, and posting of invoices and credit notes.
• Ability to work in US shift hours.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability.
• Preferred: Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry.
• Preferred: Commerce or finance-related academic background.
