Account Executive

About the Role

Champion InfoMetrics provides business and marketing process outsourcing solutions to global clients. The Account Executive (Fresher) is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. This role supports client accounts by coordinating daily communication, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the execution of business and marketing process outsourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements.
• Prepare basic reports.
• Follow established workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Contribute to client presentations.
• Learn best practices in client relationship management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and email tools).

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
• Basic understanding of business and marketing concepts, and willingness to learn outsourcing processes.
• Capability to work in a structured environment, follow processes, and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Professional attitude, reliability, and interest in building a career in client service and account management.
• Comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented setting in Bangalore Urban.
