Product Associate

About the Role

As a Product Associate at CrelioHealth, you will own one area of the product and its customers. Your responsibilities will involve understanding customer problems, defining solutions, working with engineers or AI tools to build them, and verifying their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Talk to customers to understand their problems.
• Decide what to build based on customer needs.
• Get features built, either with engineers or using AI tools yourself.
• Check that the built features worked as intended.
• Own a specific area of the product and its users.

What Success Looks Like

• You have started projects that were not explicitly assigned: this could be a personal project, a small business, an event, a fix at work, or an app.
• When instructions are unclear, you make informed assumptions, communicate them, and proceed.
• You prioritize shipping functional products quickly over achieving perfection at a later date.
• You proactively seek out and engage with the person experiencing a problem rather than making assumptions.
• You demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new concepts, whether it's a new industry, a codebase, or a customer's business.

What You Might Not Enjoy

• If you work best when tasks are fully defined before you begin.
• If you prefer working within a large team structure with a fixed process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to pick up new things quickly.
• AI tools are permitted for development tasks.

Qualifications

• No specific degree or college required.
• Previous product titles are not a prerequisite.
• Years of experience are not a strict requirement.
