Key Responsibilities

• Collections AR related reports and activities.
• Create a database data repository for common regular frequency data upload, process, and access to users.
• Support automation of recurring tasks to improve efficiency and task preparation in minimal time using Power BI, Web technologies, Programming Scripts, or other programming languages.
• Support for automation, prepare documentation, team coordination, dashboarding, MIS reports/tasks, presentations, and design/develop business dashboards.
• Understand required changes, new additions, and performance improvements in existing automation and update accordingly.
• Maintain proper historical file structure in the repository and prepare SOPs for all BUA reports and data hygiene activities.
• Deliver all assigned tasks on time with 100% accuracy.
• Work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deal with ambiguity.
