Visa Operations Executive
About Travenso
Travenso Travels LLP is a fast-growing travel services company based in Pune, specializing in UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and other e-Visa solutions for leisure and corporate clients. Join our core visa team and help deliver smooth, accurate and on-time approvals for our partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end GCC & e-Visa files – primarily UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and other online visa destinations
- Create and share checklists; verify documentation accuracy
- Fill online portals + upload required documents correctly
- Coordinate with suppliers/DMCs for submission, status, corrections
- Prepare supporting docs: Cover letters, declarations, itineraries, insurance
- Maintain MIS / trackers and ensure TAT & SLA commitments
- Collaborate with sales & operations for quotes/invoicing/payment closure
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Excel & Word proficiency; strong email etiquette
- Comfort using online e-visa portals & quick learning ability
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in visa processing (GCC preferred)
- Excellent documentation, accuracy and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with UAE/Oman/Qatar/Bahrain visas
- Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA / UFTAA
- Basic FRRO, OK-to-Board, GDS exposure
