Key Responsibilities
- Configuration and programming of wireless data modems for IoT
- Provide NOC-based support to field engineering team
- System provisioning on ERP
- MIS generation
- Testing and debugging
- Impart technical training
- Resolve technical queries
- Ensure ticket resolution within TAT
Qualifications
- B.Tech or Diploma in Computers or Electronics and Communication
- Above 75% in Class XII
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, and Android
- Team player
- Calm and mature with ability to handle difficult situations
- High energy and self-motivated
