About the Role
The Operations Analyst supports client operations across public and private sector accounts by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to improve efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports and create dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support operational needs
- Assist with project coordination and cross-functional activities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records
