About the Role

Elior North America is seeking a motivated, energetic Personal Care Dietary Aide to join their Healthcare Foodservice team. This is a Part-Time, Onsite position at the Holy Redeemer Health System Lafayette Campus in Philadelphia, PA. The role offers the opportunity to work as part of a talented dietary team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with meal service, setting and bussing tables in the dining room.
• Assisting the cook as needed with food preparation and cleaning.
• Trayline setup/service.
• Personal Care dining service.
• Stocking and food-service support.
• Dishwashing/utility duties.
• Cleaning and sanitation.
• Other dietary aide responsibilities as assigned.
• Willingness to cross-train and work in multiple areas based on department needs.

Availability

• 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
• 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Weekday and weekend availability

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong interpersonal and customer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.
• Prior food service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Excellent attention to details and service knowledge.

Compensation

• Pay rate starts at $15.00 - $16.00 per hour based upon experience.
