About the Role

Key Precision Marketing is seeking individuals interested in building a long-term career and developing into leadership and management roles. This opportunity is part of our Leadership Development Program. Participants will learn the fundamentals of sales, community outreach, and team development, with ongoing paid training and mentorship. Advancement into leadership positions is merit-based, determined by performance, initiative, and character.

The organization partners with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations such as USO, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Doctors Without Borders, Habitat for Humanity, and Feed the Children.

This role is suited for individuals who are competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by growth, seeking an environment where leadership opportunities are earned through performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community and retail events throughout the Philadelphia area
• Drive donor engagement and support for important causes
• Develop professional sales, communication, and leadership skills
• Learn how to train and mentor new team members
