This is a full-time, on-site Draftsman/Interior Designer role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings, floor plans, and elevations.
• Create 2D and 3D layouts for client presentations and project execution.
• Coordinate with senior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure drawings align with design concepts and site conditions.
• Update drawings as per feedback.
• Assist in material selection and specifications.
• Support site measurements and inspections.
• Maintain organized project documentation.
• Collaborate with the design team to refine concepts.
• Support project timelines.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong drafting and technical drawing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
• Interior design skills, including space planning, material and finishes selection, and an eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Project coordination abilities, such as interpreting design briefs, collaborating with designers and contractors, and incorporating site measurements into drawings.
• Basic knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and standards relevant to interior and architectural work.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to receive and implement feedback and present design ideas clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work on-site full time and conduct regular site visits as required by project demands.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in drafting or interior design projects in the Greater Delhi Area is an advantage.
