About the Role

Kairo5 Marcom is looking for a talented Junior Copywriter to craft engaging narratives, simplify complex information, and create content that connects with audiences across various industries, including consumer electronics, automobiles, logistics, fintech, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling content: Write engaging website copy, blogs, articles, social media posts, ad copies, and other digital content.
• Develop content strategies: Create sharp, insight-driven content tailored to different brands, platforms, and target audiences.
• Research and understand: Dive deep into industry trends, audience behaviour, and brand requirements to develop accurate and relevant content.
• Simplify complex information: Translate technical and industry-specific concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand communication.
• Proofread and edit: Ensure all content is grammatically accurate, well-structured, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support digital marketing initiatives: Contribute to SEO, SMO, SEM, and SMM activities to improve content visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with strategists, designers, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to understand diverse subject matters.
• The ability to adapt your writing style to different brands, audiences, and communication objectives.
• A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, SMO, and SMM.
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, and language.
• Good communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the willingness to learn, experiment, and take feedback.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in writing medical or healthcare content will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with industries such as consumer electronics, logistics, automobiles, fintech, and healthcare will be a plus.

Job Details

• Position: Junior Copywriter
• Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month
• Location: Saket, New Delhi (Noida till November)
