About the Role

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Recruiting team is seeking a customer-focused Recruiter interested in working with a team of builders and having a penchant for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, prioritize, and close multiple requisitions against a timeline.
• Set benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to meet or exceed target expectations.
• Partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business lines to create customized hiring strategies.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment responsibilities for multiple hiring requests concurrently.
• Work on both tactical and strategic projects to continuously innovate for customers.
• Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Manage customer/partner expectations.
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to long-range company growth.
• Implement new processes and fine-tune standard recruiting processes.
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Technical recruiting in a high volume and high hiring bar environment experience.
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
