About the Role

PROPERTY HOUSE ZIRAKPUR is a real estate firm specializing in residential properties, commercial spaces, industrial land, and plot-based investments. The Associate Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, supporting business growth and client engagement in the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and sourcing properties.
• Conducting site visits.
• Advising clients on suitable investment options.
• Coordinating property viewings.
• Managing client relationships.
• Negotiating deals.
• Preparing basic documentation.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Monitoring market trends.
• Maintaining up-to-date property listings.
• Contributing to marketing and sales initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to guide clients through property decisions.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets, including residential, commercial, and land investments in and around Mohali district.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in explaining property features and investment benefits clearly.
• Basic organizational and documentation skills to manage property listings, records, and transaction-related paperwork.
• Ability to work on-site, conduct frequent field visits, and manage time efficiently across multiple client engagements.
• Prior experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfort with using phones, messaging apps, and basic office software for client follow-ups and maintaining records.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
