About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Noida. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end execution of air pollution control and biomass drying projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical design review
- Coordination with engineering and fabrication teams
- Alignment with client specifications and regulatory standards
- Project planning and scheduling
- Monitoring project progress
- Managing project resources
- Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of installations and commissioning activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients
- Preparing technical documentation, reports, and drawings
- Supporting troubleshooting and optimization of systems at project sites
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring quality assurance and safety compliance across all project phases
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Project Engineering skills
- Electrical Engineering skills for designing, reviewing, and implementing technical solutions
- Project Management skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and on-time project delivery
- Project Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and on-time project delivery
- Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and for preparing clear technical reports and documentation
- Familiarity with CAD/3D modeling tools will be beneficial
- Familiarity with basic PLC/automation concepts will be beneficial
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related discipline) is preferred
- Experience in industrial projects will be beneficial
- Experience in air pollution control systems will be beneficial
- Experience in process engineering will be beneficial
- Ability to work on-site at industrial locations
- Strong problem-solving skills
