Key Responsibilities

• Coordination between students and universities.
• Advise students about necessary courses and education programs for career growth.
• Organize counseling programs for students.
• Review current and past student reports to check progress levels and make recommendations.
• Ensure active involvement of students’ parents or guardians in their development.
• Administration of intervention procedures when needed.
• Telesales and sound understanding of the university.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess student profiles, interpret educational options, and recommend suitable pathways.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
• Experience in training and coaching, with the ability to conduct guidance sessions, workshops, and skill-building programs for diverse learners.
• Exposure to program development, such as designing advisory modules, career guidance frameworks, or support initiatives.
• Prior experience in career counseling, academic advising, student services, or education consulting is preferred.
• Comfort working with digital tools, CRM or counseling platforms, and basic data tracking for student progress.
