Role Overview
We are hiring a Customer Support Associate for a 1 to 3-month full-time remote role. This position focuses on handling customer queries, troubleshooting user issues, providing clear email and chat correspondence, and ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound user inquiries across email and live chat platforms.
- Investigate and resolve user issues by following standardized troubleshooting procedures.
- Log, prioritize, and update customer interaction records and tickets within CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to escalate unresolved matters efficiently.
- Maintain daily response-time targets and quality benchmarks according to company service guidelines.

Qualifications
- Any Graduate or final-year student in Arts, Commerce, Science, Business, or related streams (Freshers welcome).

- Good typing accuracy and comfort managing simultaneous chat interactions.
- Patient, empathetic approach to customer handling and issue resolution.
Compensation & Details:
- Stipend: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Duration: 1 to 3 Months
- Work Mode: Remote (India)
- Certificate: Internship completion certificate upon successful project delivery.
