Service Engineer

Location: New Delhi, India

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Department: Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

Key Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of EV chargers at depot sites.
• Charger receiving, safe storage, shifting, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordination with project teams, OEMs, clients, and bus operations teams.
• Testing and trial charging with buses to ensure smooth and uninterrupted charging.
• Troubleshooting technical faults and ensuring timely resolution.
• Preventive maintenance, cleaning, filter replacement, and regular servicing.
• Maintenance and replacement of PCBs, controllers, rectifier modules, charging guns, displays, fans, and other hardware.
• Firmware and software updates, online charger monitoring, and log analysis.
• Preparation of commissioning reports, GRNs, and maintenance records.
• Training and demonstrations for EV charging stations.
• Providing 24×7 O&M support through rotational shifts.
• Travelling to other locations, including Ahmedabad and KOSI, as required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer and software knowledge.
• Technical knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment and EV charging systems.
• Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and travel when required.
