Supply Chain Intern Summer 2027

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Intern based at Rocket Lab’s site in Silver Spring, Maryland, you will support the team that optimizes inventory levels, handles supplier relationships, and mitigates operational risks. The Supply Chain and Procurement team manages the end-to-end flow of materials necessary to sustain production lines and satisfy customer demand.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master's or doctorate program in an engineering discipline, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Operation Management.
• Must have at least one semester of school remaining post internship.
• 3+ months of corporate function experience within the areas of supply chain.
• Able to work full-time, on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning May or June 2027.

• GPA of 3.0 or above.

Nice to Have Qualifications

• GPA of 3.5 or above.
• 6+ months of corporate function experience within the areas of supply chain.
• Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH).
• Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau.
• Experience with ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle).

Compensation

• Pay Range MD: $22.00 USD Hourly.
• Potential eligibility for a stipend to subsidize relocation costs.
