About the Role

• Location: Remote (India)
• Type: Flexible hours, output-based.
• Pay: ₹12,000/month fixed + ₹1,000 per closed client (uncapped).
• Start: Immediate.

The Role

You’ll find creators who fit our client profile, start conversations with them, and book qualified calls with our founders. You own the top of our sales pipeline. Your work decides who we get to speak to each week. We care about results, not hours. Work when it suits you, as long as you hit your daily outreach and respond to creators quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Research creators on Instagram and match them to one of our two client profiles.
• Engage with creators before reaching out: follow, comment, reply to stories.
• Contact at least 25 new creators every weekday via Instagram DM and email.
• Respond to creator replies within 3 hours between 10 am and 10 pm IST.
• Qualify interest and book calls into the founders’ calendar.
• Log every lead and conversation in our tracker.
• Report your weekly numbers: creators contacted, replies, calls booked.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent written English.
• You use Instagram daily and understand how creators work and earn.
• Organised and consistent, and you can work without being chased.
• Able to check messages a few times a day, including some evenings (IST).
• Laptop and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Sales, outreach or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay and Growth

• ₹12,000/month fixed.
• ₹1,000 for every call you book that becomes a paying client, with no cap.
• At target (6 clients a month), that’s about ₹18,000/month.
• Strong performers move into a full SDR role with a higher base.
