About the Role
Mahalaxmi Infra Rahul is an emerging infrastructure and real estate organization based in Nagpur, focused on delivering reliable residential and commercial development solutions.
The Sales Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Nagpur, with a combination of on-site client visits and limited work-from-home activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients.
- Present project offerings.
- Conduct site visits.
- Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation processes.
- Handle customer queries.
- Support after-sales service.
- Contribute to local marketing activities, such as events or promotions, to increase project visibility.
- Consistent field engagement in Nagpur and periodic virtual communication with clients and team members.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Sales and negotiation abilities: Lead generation, client relationship management, and closing skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Capacity to present information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Basic knowledge of real estate or infrastructure projects, with the ability to understand pricing, documentation, and regulatory considerations.
- Proficiency in using phones, email, and common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or lead-tracking systems).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple prospects, site visits, and follow-ups in a field-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, coordinating office, field, and work-from-home tasks efficiently while meeting targets.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles is preferred; fresh applicants with strong potential may also be considered.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
