The PI Team

The PI team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services. Key offerings include:

• Performance improvement through cost reduction, operational improvements, and revenue growth programs.
• Large-scale organizational restructuring and business transformation.
• Rapid Results Program for assessing business process management risks and identifying performance impediments.

How You Will Contribute

We are seeking dynamic and entrepreneurial individuals for our Performance Improvement team. You will drive performance improvement projects across various domains, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial Excellence, and PMO engagements. You will collaborate globally to develop and implement innovative solutions to achieve client business objectives.

• Assist in executing procurement processes, including sourcing and vendor management, while optimizing supply chain functions.
• Conduct basic spend assessments and analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Help design and implement strategies to improve top-line revenue, drive pricing excellence, and conduct sales force analytics.
• Support planning processes, including demand and supply forecasting, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Work closely with team members and clients to understand business needs, contribute to project execution and PMO support, and maintain strong relationships.
