About the Role
The role of a Reinigungskraft (Cleaner) is responsible for the daily cleanliness and maintenance of VTIPL's office and operational areas. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Thorough cleaning of workspaces, hallways, sanitary facilities, and common areas.
- Dusting.
- Waste disposal.
- Regular cleaning of floors and carpets.
- Ensuring windows and glass surfaces are maintained.
- Maintaining a hygienic and orderly environment for employees and visitors.
- Working closely with the Facility Management team to consistently adhere to cleaning standards.
Qualifications
- Commercial Cleaning: Experience in commercial cleaning of offices and operational areas, and proficient use of cleaning agents and equipment.
- Window and Glass Cleaning: Knowledge in cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and screens, with careful and streak-free work.
- Domestic and Maintenance Cleaning: Skills in general domestic and maintenance cleaning, including for various interior areas.
- Carpet and Floor Care: Experience in cleaning and caring for carpets and floor coverings, including vacuuming, stain removal, and deep cleaning.
- Additional Requirements: Reliability, punctuality, physical stamina, basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards, meticulous work ethic, and willingness to collaborate within a team. Basic communication skills in English or Hindi are advantageous.
