About the Role

Cyberbizz Technologies is hiring a Telesales professional for its Noida team. This opportunity is intended for female graduates who communicate confidently in English and are eager to begin a career in customer engagement and sales. The role offers a structured, full-time, in-office environment where freshers can build practical experience in prospect interaction, follow-ups, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products or services.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate information clearly in fluent English.
• Follow up with leads, respond to basic queries, and support the conversion process.
• Maintain accurate lead records and share updates with the sales team.
• Work consistently toward daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Handle every customer interaction professionally and provide a positive experience.

Requirements

• Female candidates with a graduation qualification are eligible to apply.
• Freshers with 0 years of experience are welcome.
• Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong communication ability.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the telephone.
