Pre-Sales Solution Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for a technically curious, high-energy professional who can translate complex power-sector concepts into meaningful customer conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support utility-facing presentations, solution demonstrations and prototype walkthroughs.
• Understand customer requirements and adapt discussions to their needs.
• Translate technical and operational problems into business and financial implications.
• Capture customer questions, requirements and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate closely with our CAE Controller, Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Support technical solution discussions while ensuring all capabilities presented are validated.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• EEE, Electrical Engineering, ECE or related technical backgrounds.
• Candidates with relevant power-sector knowledge or experience.
• Foundational understanding of power markets, utility operations, finance, treasury or risk.
• Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills.
• High learning agility and the ability to respond confidently in dynamic customer discussions.
• Willingness to work in person in Bengaluru and travel for customer engagements, including domestic and international travel as required.

Qualifications

• EEE, Electrical Engineering, ECE or related technical backgrounds.
• Relevant power-sector knowledge or experience.
• Foundational understanding of power markets, utility operations, finance, treasury or risk.
• Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills.
• High learning agility.

Location: Bengaluru

Employment: Full-time | In-person, non-remote

Compensation: ₹4–6 LPA, depending on relevant power-sector knowledge and demonstrated presentation ability.
