Job Title: Front End Service Team Associate
About the Role
Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.

Compensation
- Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour. Actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums: May be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
