Product Intern

About the Role

Axos Bank's immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience, enterprise initiative contribution, and professional skill development in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Interns will participate in a capstone project, sessions with business leaders, financial literacy training, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day.

The Product Management Internship focuses on supporting the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Interns will collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to learn about product research, design, and delivery.

Internship Sessions:

• Session 1: May 25 - August 13
• Session 2: June 14 - September 3

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Invest product team by documenting requirements, analyzing product and technical issues, supporting UAT testing, and improving product documentation and tracking.
• Assist in gathering market data, identifying trends, and analyzing competitor offerings.
• Help maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track progress on roadmap initiatives.
• Support communication between product, IT, and design teams to ensure alignment.
• Collect and organize product performance metrics; assist in preparing reports.
• Help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new product features or system upgrades.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable reviewing API documentation.
• Understanding of API endpoints and available data.
• Ability to connect backend capabilities to customer experience and product requirements.
