Backend Support & Operations Executive

About the Role

MCH International LLC is seeking enthusiastic, well-presented, and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Backend Support & Operations Executive at our Noida Extension office. This role is ideal for freshers and individuals who want to start their careers in backend support, business operations, and administrative processes. The selected candidates will handle backend activities, maintain records, manage operational data, and support day-to-day business operations. Candidates should have good communication skills, a professional personality, and a good understanding of computers and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day backend support and operational activities.
• Maintain and update records, reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Work with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other office tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth business operations.
• Manage documentation, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Follow company processes, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Basic computer proficiency

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not mandatory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Good computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work in a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working night shifts.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts.
• Must be willing to work from the office in Noida Extension.
• Must have good communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
