Key Responsibilities
- Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Analyze medical history, diagnoses, procedures, and treatment information.
- Investigate cases based on defined clinical guidelines/protocols.
- Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or potential issues.
- Perform clinical research/data analysis as required.
- Prepare case summaries and documentation.
- Communicate findings to internal clinical/operations teams.
- Follow company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
Qualifications
- Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) graduates.
- Strong clinical/healthcare background.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical concepts.
- Good knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic disease processes.
- Ability to review and understand clinical/medical records.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical coding is an added advantage.
