Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements and price lists.
• Calculate discounts, GST, margins, and final selling prices.
• Prepare proforma invoices, sales invoices, and purchase invoices.
• Maintain daily sales, purchase, and accounting records.
• Record customer orders, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain customer-wise outstanding and payment records.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments.
• Verify supplier invoices, purchase bills, and payment details.
• Maintain updated price lists for all brands and products.
• Ensure correct product name, size, quantity, rate, and discount in quotations.
• Prepare quotations for pipes, fittings, wires, cables, switches, and lighting products.
• Coordinate with the sales team for pricing and quotation requirements.
• Prepare revised quotations based on approved customer negotiations.
• Track quotations and follow up for order conversion.
• Check stock availability before confirming customer orders.
• Convert approved quotations into sales orders and invoices.
• Reconcile customer, supplier, and bank accounts regularly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports.
• Monitor customer credit limits, outstanding payments, and overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate and confidential accounting, quotation, and customer records.
