About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and execution-focused Project Manager who can coordinate teams, manage multiple projects and ensure tasks are completed on time. This is a non-technical role focused on planning, coordination, operations, problem-solving and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work closely with internal teams, external agencies and vendors.
• Assign tasks, set deadlines and track progress.
• Ensure projects are completed on time.
• Identify problems, follow up and resolve delays.
• Manage daily operations, schedules and project documentation.
• Maintain trackers, reports and progress updates.
• Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects from planning to completion.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel and productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and take responsibility.
• A proactive mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
• Graduates from any discipline are welcome.
• Prior internships or experience in operations, coordination or project management are an advantage, but not mandatory.
