About the Role

The Junior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in conceptualizing, developing, and detailing architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare drawings and 3D models.
• Assist with design presentations.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants.
• Update project documentation.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, progress checks, and coordination with contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Contribute to design research and material selection.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of studio processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong proficiency in architectural design and drafting using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Ability to create detailed plans, sections, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
• Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes and regulations.
• Effective collaboration skills for working with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Good project documentation skills, including preparation of drawings, schedules, and reports.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensing or registration in progress is an advantage.
• Strong design sensibility.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced studio environment.
