About the Role
This is a 3-month UX/UI internship, open to everyone, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Design flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens and clickable prototypes in Figma.
- Design the core experiences: onboarding, snippet creation and editing, trigger setup, search, settings and sync status.
- Design the in-between states: empty, loading, error, offline and sync-conflict screens.
- Adapt designs to each surface: browser extension, Windows, macOS and responsive web.
- Build and maintain a small, consistent design system with reusable components, Figma variables and light and dark themes.
- Design keyboard-first interactions and document shortcuts and focus behaviour.
- Check accessibility: contrast, readable text, clear labels and visible focus.
- Run quick usability tests with a few users and turn the findings into clear, prioritised changes.
- Hand designs to developers with specs, assets and every interaction state, then review the built screens.
