About the Company
Long Term Collab is building a collaborative, growth-focused environment for professionals who understand digital communities, creative storytelling, and meaningful brand partnerships. We are looking for a Social Media Content Creation & Influencer Marketing Intern to help strengthen our online presence and create content that connects with the right audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and coordinate engaging social media content across relevant platforms.
- Develop content calendars, captions, creative briefs, and campaign concepts aligned with brand objectives.
- Research, identify, and coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations.
- Support campaign execution, track deliverables, and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor content performance and prepare practical insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Stay updated on platform trends, creator formats, audience behavior, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- At least 1 year of experience in social media content creation, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related area.
- Strong writing, editing, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, creator ecosystems, and basic performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with attention to detail.
- A proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
This is a hybrid, full-time opportunity based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with a monthly stipend of ₹10,000.
