About the Role

DSA Rajender Rattakhera is a direct selling agency focused on providing financial and related services to local customers in and around Tohana. This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Tohana. The work environment emphasizes customer trust, goal-oriented performance, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers.
• Present suitable products or services.
• Follow up to close sales and meet or exceed assigned targets.
• Visit customers.
• Explain product features and benefits.
• Collect required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Handle basic customer queries and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal and partner teams to ensure smooth processing of applications or orders.
• Stay informed about current product offerings, local market trends, and promotional campaigns.
• Represent the agency professionally in all interactions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in Tohana.
• Travel locally as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
• Comfort with using mobile phones and basic digital tools for calls, messaging, and tracking leads.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain products clearly and build trust with customers.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, closing techniques, and target-oriented work habits.
• Customer service skills, such as active listening, problem-solving, and the ability to handle objections calmly.
• Basic organizational and documentation skills, including record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in field sales or financial products is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school completion.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision while meeting daily and monthly performance targets.
