About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and point of sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Make nightly cash deposits.
- Complete reports including donation counts, readings, daily business statements, deposits, and cash drawer balances.
- Inspect textiles, items, and goods to determine saleability.
- Sort, hang, tag, price, and prepare items for resale.
- Promote the development of service participants.
- Maintain a safe work area, free of hazards.
- Operate equipment with attention to safe operating procedures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to operate a cash register.
- Ability to perform stock duties.
- Ability to provide customer service.
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance (preferred).
- Basic mathematical skills.

Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in retail or food service is highly desirable.
Work Schedule
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
