RETAIL AND ADMISSIONS ASSISTANT

The Retail and Admissions team operates across multiple locations within the Park, including Shops, Game Kiosks, Admissions Office, and Guest Information. This role may involve working in all, some, or just one of these areas. In-house training and continued support will be provided.

Be prepared for occasional outdoor work.

Key Responsibilities

• Involved in sales, till operations, and merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of gift shops and admissions areas.
• Assist with other duties as directed by the management team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Smart appearance and ability to act as a good ambassador for Wicksteed Park.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Safety conscious.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in IT systems.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions/procedures.
• Ability to deal calmly with challenging situations while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

This is a seasonal role with varying hours based on business needs and ride openings. Weekend work and weekday hours are available during peak season.

Pay is in line with National Minimum Wage.
