Data Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Door-to-Home reporting and analytics team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of sales operations and data — building and maintaining reports that help field leaders and corporate stakeholders make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SQL-based reporting views and queries in Snowflake to support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles
• Develop and refresh Tableau dashboards for sales leadership and corporate audiences
• Create and manage Excel-based reports, models, and data summaries for operational and budget tracking
• Audit and troubleshoot existing reports to identify discrepancies, data quality issues, or logic errors — and fix them
• Partner with sales leaders to understand reporting needs and translate those into clear, usable outputs
• Support corporate-facing reporting deliverables including operating metrics, budget summaries, and performance tracking
• Assist with ad hoc data pulls and analysis as needed by leadership

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in SQL — able to write and troubleshoot queries independently
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for building and maintaining dashboards
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data formatting)
• Solid attention to detail and a methodical approach to auditing data
• Strong communication skills — able to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse
• Familiarity with sales reporting, budgeting, or operating metrics
• Experience working in a field sales or direct-to-home industry
