About the Role
The Azure Data Engineering Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on Azure Data Engineering concepts, tools, and best practices to learners at the Hyderabad campus. This part-time, on-site role involves preparing course materials, creating lab exercises and real-time project scenarios, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and evaluating learner progress through assignments and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured training programs on Azure Data Engineering.
- Prepare course materials.
- Create lab exercises and real-time project scenarios.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions.
- Evaluate learner progress through assignments and assessments.
- Stay current with Azure data services and related technologies.
- Update training content accordingly.
- Provide guidance to students on career paths and certification preparation.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and technical teams to align content with industry requirements and NareshIT standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience in Azure Data Engineering.
- Experience with related cloud data services.
- Practical experience in Software Development.
- Experience involving data engineering, ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and analytics solutions.
- Experience designing curriculum.
- Experience preparing training materials.
- Experience using LMS or eLearning platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule suitable for part-time classroom training.
Qualifications
- Strong Information Technology background.
- Demonstrated Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, structured manner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage diverse groups of learners and manage classroom dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., DP-203) are highly desirable.
