Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and internal databases.
• Support HR policies, SOPs, and internal communications.
• Assist in employee engagement and team coordination.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Support employer branding and internal HR initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome).
• Open mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic understanding of HR or people management (training provided).
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Comfortable with digital tools like WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets.
• Ability to work from office in a collaborative environment.
